-To initiate a return and request a refund, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe, Return Request can be initiated on website, app, WhatsApp or email. -Provide the order details, order email ID, item description and reason for the return. -Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and will be send in your email ID or WhatsApp number, if applicable. -Please securely package the item, including all accessories and documentation, and clearly mark the RMA number if given by our team on the package for efficient processing. -Ship the item back to our designated return address using a traceable shipping method, and retain the tracking information for reference. -The customer team will contact you if some issues are there during tracing of the returned goods.Refunds process
