ResMed Floton S20/S25 is a non-invasive ventilator which is compact comfortable and has continuous sync function. Featuring Adaptative Triggering Technology (ATT), which monitors each stage of the respiration cycle, Floton is designed to effortlessly synchronise with the natural breathing of a patient and reduce their work of breathing.

    Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

    - We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of item delivered. - The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included, and in the same condition as when you received it. - Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit. Non-returnable items include all consumables & Disposables.

    Return/Exchange Process:

    -To initiate a return and request a refund, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe, Return Request can be initiated on website, app, WhatsApp or email. -Provide the order details, order email ID, item description and reason for the return. -Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and will be send in your email ID or WhatsApp number, if applicable. -Please securely package the item, including all accessories and documentation, and clearly mark the RMA number if given by our team on the package for efficient processing. -Ship the item back to our designated return address using a traceable shipping method, and retain the tracking information for reference. -The customer team will contact you if some issues are there during tracing of the returned goods.

    Refunds process

    - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. - If the item meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 7 - 10 working days - Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase or in some cases through UPI / customer referred Bank accounts if the original payment method is facing issues while transaction. - Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    Timeframe for Refunds:

    - The time required to process a refund may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution involved. - Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account or appear on your statement.

    Damaged or Defective Items:

    - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately on our website, app, WhatsApp or e-mail supporting system with detailed information and photographic evidence of the issue. - We will arrange for a replacement or provide further instructions for returning the item, depending on the specific situation.

    Exchanges:

    - Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. - After receiving the returned item and verifying its eligibility, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you - In case the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund within 7 business days, If in some cases whether delay is happened in refund process the customer will be notified in the delayed period.

    Return Shipping:

    - For eligible returns or exchanges due to manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or errors Wellwings will cover the return shipping cost. - If the return is due to personal preference or non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and will be reduced from the refunded amount.
